
Spicy Paratha Quesadilla टेस्टी नए तरीके का आलू पराठा Mexican Snack Punjab Style

Ingredients
1 cup Refined flour dough (मैदे का आटा)
¼ tsp Degi Red Chilli Powder (देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
¼ tsp Cumin Powder (जीरा पाउडर)
¼ tsp Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर)
¼ tsp Chaat Masala (चाट मसाला)
1 Cheese Slice (चीज़ स्लाइस)
1 tsp Butter (मक्खन)
For Quesadilla Filling
2 medium Potatoes – boiled (आलू)
1 small Onion – chopped (प्याज़)
1 inch Ginger – chopped (अदरक)
3 fresh Green Chillies – chopped (हरी मिर्च)
¼ cup Sweet Corn Kernels – boiled (भुट्टे के दाने)
¼ cup Cheese (चीज़)
Salt to taste (नमक स्वादानुसार)
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves – chopped (धनिया पत्ता)
For Garnish
Fresh Salad (ताजा सैलेड)
Process
For Quesadilla Filling
- In a bowl add potatoes, onion, ginger, green chillies, sweet corn kernels, cheese, salt, coriander leaves and mix and mash everything together. Keep aside for further use
For Paratha Quesadilla
- Take small portions of the dough and roll it thin using a rolling pin.
- Now put it on a hot flat pan and cook it half (don’t cook it completely).
- Place this half cooked paratha on a plate and add the filling on half on the paratha.
- Then sprinkle some degi red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chaat masala and a cheese slice now fold it and press it lightly.
- Now add butter to a hot flat pan and place the filled paratha on it and cook until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- Remove and serve with fresh salad.
