
Masala Sandwich no bread बिना ब्रेड के बनाएं झटपट मसाला सैंडविच
Ingredients
For Batter
2 ½ cups Gram flour, बेसन
1 tbsp Oil, तेल
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
¼ tsp Sugar, चीनी
½ inch Ginger, grated, अदरक
2 tbsp Semolina, soaked in water, पानी में भीगा हुआ रवा
Water, पानी
3 tbsp Curd, beaten, दही
½ tsp Saffron water, केसर का पानी
½ tsp Fruit salt, फ्रूट साल्ट
1 tsp Oil, तेल
Oil for frying, तेल
For Filling
2 Green chilli, chopped, हरी मिर्च
½ inch Ginger, chopped, अदरक
½ Capsicum, chopped, शिमला मिर्च
2 tbsp Sweet corn kernels, blanched, भुट्टे के दाने
½ medium Carrot, chopped, गाजर
1 Potato, boiled, grated, आलू
½ cup Pizza cheese, cubed, पिज़्ज़ा चीज
2 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped, धनिया पत्ता
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
1 tbsp Butter, मक्खन
1 tsp Chilli flakes, चिल्ली फ्लेक्स
1 tsp roasted Cumin powder, जीरा पाउडर
For Spread
2 tbsp Mayonnaise , मायोनिज
2 tbsp Mint chutney ,पुदीना चटनी
Other Ingredients
1 tbsp Cumin seeds, जीरा
Butter for frying , मक्खन
For Garnish
fresh Mint leaves, पुदीना पता
Tomato, wedge, टमाटर
Process
For Batter
- In a large bowl, add gram flour, oil, salt to taste, sugar, ginger, soaked semolina, water, curd and mix it well.
- In another bowl, add fruit salt, oil and mix it well. Pour it into a batter and mix everything well.
- Now heat a non-stick pan and a ladle full of the batter and cook it until light golden brown on low heat.
- Cover it with a lid and cook for 3 minutes. Then flip it on the other side and cook until it’s lightly crusted.
- Repeat this process with the rest of the batter. And let them cool down a little.
- Then take the cake, keep the light golden color part inside and spread the mayonnaise and mint chutney evenly on it.
- Add the prepared filling and then place another cake on it and press a little.
- In a nonstick pan, add butter and fry the sandwich from both the sides on low flame.
- Cover it with a lid and cook until nice crisp, cut into half.
- Garnishe it with mint leaves and tomato wedges and serve hot.
For Filling
- In a bowl, add green chilli, ginger, capsicum, sweet corn, carrot, potato and mix everything well.
- Add pizza cheese, coriander leaves, salt to taste, butter, chilli flakes mix it well and keep aside for further use.
- Add the prepared cumin powder and mix it well.
For Cumin Powder
- In a pan, add cumin seeds and roast it on a low flame until they are slightly browned and very fragrant.
- With the help of a rolling pin crushed it into a fine powder.
- Keep aside for further use. Or Store it in an airtight container.
