Mango Lassi Mango Juice मैंगो फ्रूटी घर पर मैंगो लस्सी Frooti at home

Ingredients
For Mango Squash
4-5 ripe Mango, peeled & sliced, पके हुए आम
5-6 Raw Mango, peeled & sliced, कच्चे आम
1 ½ cups Sugar, चीनी
5-6 cups Water, पानी
For Mango Lassi
8-10 Ice cubes, बर्फ के टुकड़े
1 cup Prepared Mango Squash, तैयार किया हुआ मैंगो स्क्वैश
2 cups Curd, beaten, दही
For Garnish
Mango slice, आम
Saffron water, केसर का पानी
Mint sprig, पुदीना पत्ता
For Mango Juice
10-12 Ice cubes, बर्फ के टुकड़े
½ cup Prepared Mango Squash (per serving 3-4 tbsp) तैयार किया हुआ मैंगो स्क्वैश
Water as required, पानी
Process
For Mango Squash
- In a sauce pot, add water, ripe mangoes, raw mango, sugar and let it simmer for a while.
- Close the lid and cook it for 12-15 minutes till it thickens or until cooked well.
- Blend it with the help of a blender and transfer it to a bowl.
- Let it cool at room temperature and keep it aside for further use.
For Mango Lassi
- In a martaban, add ice cubes, prepared mango squash, curd and churn it well with the help of a wooden churner.
- Transfer it to a serving glass, garnish it with mango slices, mint sprig and kesar water.
- Serve chilled.
For Mango Juice
- In a jar, add ice cubes, prepared mango squash, water as required and mix it well.
- Transfer it to a serving glass and serve chilled.
