Ingredients
For Marination
- 500 gms chicken breast, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 tbsp, maida
- 1 tbsp, Corn flour
- salt to taste
- ½ tsp, Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tbsp, soy sauce
- oil to deep fry
For Sauce
- 1 tbsp Ginger, chopped
- 1 tsp, Oil
- 1 tbsp garlic chopped
- ½ capsicum, diced
- ½ tsp Green chilies chopped
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 tbsp, soy sauce
- 1 tsp, sugar
- salt to taste
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 2 tbsp cornflour slurry
Process
- Marinate chicken with egg, corn flour, maida, soy sauce, salt and pepper for 3-4 hours into refrigerator.
- Heat oil into kadhai and deep fry marinated chicken until crisp.
- Remove on kitchen absorbent paper.
- Heat oil in and sauté garlic, ginger and green chili paste.
- Add onion and capsicum sauté until they turns soft.
- Add seasoning, soy sauce, cooked chicken pieces and chicken stock.
- Bring it to boil.
- When it starts boiling then add corn flour slurry.
- Keep the consistency thick.
- Garnish with green onions and serve immediately with rice.
