Crispy Potato Pizza क्रिस्पी आलू पिज़्ज़ा  NO मैदा NO यीस्ट NO oven CRIPSY Tawa Pizza Recipe - Ranveer Brar

Ingredients

For Pizza Base

2-3 medium sized Frying potato, grated, पहाड़ी आलू

2-4 tbsp Oil, तेल

1 tsp Oregano, ओरिगैनो

½ tsp Chilli flakes, चिल्ली फ्लेक्स

Salt to taste, नमक स्वादानुसार

Little water , पानी

 

For Pizza Toppings

½ Capsicum, slice, शिमला मिर्च

½ Onion, slice, प्याज

½ Tomato, slice, टमाटर

2 Baby Corn, slice, बेबी कॉर्न

2 Button Mushroom, slice, मशरूम

Salt to taste, नमक स्वादानुसार

½ tsp Oil, तेल

1 tbsp Tomato ketchup, टाॅमेटो केचप

½ cup Pizza cheese blend, चीज

1 fresh Green chilli, chopped, हरी मिर्च

 

For Garnish

Coriander sprig, धनिया  पत्ता

Process

For Pizza Base

  • In a large bowl, add grated potato, oil, oregano, chilli flakes, salt to taste and mix everything well.

 

For Pizza Toppings

  • In a bowl, add sliced capsicum, onion, tomato, baby corn, bottom mushroom, salt to taste.
  • Add oil and mix everything and set aside.

 

For Potato Pizza

  • In a pan spread the base mixture properly and sprinkle some water then cover and cook on low heat for 5-6 minutes.
  • Now remove the cover and flip the base on the other side.
  • Then spread the tomato ketchup on the upper side and add the cheese then the pizza toppings and some more cheese, chopped green chilli.
  • Cover and let it cool on medium heat until the cheese has melted and the pizza base is crispy.
  • Garnish with coriander sprig and serve hot immediately.
