
Ingredients
2 tbsp Fennel seeds, सौंफ
½ tbsp Dried ginger powder, सोंठ
½ inch Cinnamon stick, दालचीनी
½ small Nutmeg, जायफल
2-4 Cloves, लौंग
6-8 Black peppercorns, काली मिर्च
A pinch of Saffron, केसर
8-10 Green Cardamom pods, हरी इलायची
A pinch of Salt, नमक
Process
- In a grinder jar, add fennel seeds, dried ginger powder, cinnamon stick, nutmeg, cloves, black peppercorns, a pinch of saffron, green cardamom pods and a pinch of salt.
- Grind them into a fine powder.
- Store it in an airtight container and use future for masala chai.
