
Ingredients
- Oil: 2 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste: 2 tsp
- Finely Chopped Green Chillies: 1 tsp
- Boiled and Chopped Walnut: ¼ cup
- Chopped French Beans: ¼ cup
- Cashew Nut Powder: 1 ½ tbsp
- Salt: to taste
- Turmeric Powder: ½ tsp
- Coriander Powder: 1 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder: 1 ½ tsp
- Mawa: 1 tbsp
- Grated Raw Banana: ½ cup
- Salt: to taste
- Crushed Black Pepper: to taste
- Boiled and Grated Potato: ¼ cup
- Grated Paneer (Cottage Cheese): 1 tbsp
- Almond and Walnut Powder: 1 tbsp
- Red Chilli Powder: ½ tsp
- Oil to Pan Sear: 1 tsp
Process
- In a pan add oil, ginger garlic paste, finely chopped green chillies, boiled and chopped walnuts, chopped french beans, cashew nut powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder and mawa and mix.
- Ina bowl add grated raw banana, salt, crushed black pepper, boiled and grated potato, grated paneer, almond and walnut powder and red chilli powder and mix.
- Mix both the mixtures.
- Take a portion of the mixture and make a tikki. Add oil in a pan and pan sear the tikki from both sides.
- Once cooked, remove on a plate and garnish with coriander leaves.
