No Bake Cheesecake quick Pull Me Up cake चीज़केक बनाने की आसान विधि
Some recipes are trends and some everyone's favourite. And some, qualify as both :) A good no-bake Cheesecake is a perfect example. Do try my recipe..
Ingredients
1 cup Cream cheese, क्रीम चीज़
1 cup Hung curd, टंगा हुआ दही
1 cup Whipping cream, विपिग क्रीम
½ cup Sugar, चीनी
¼ tsp Lemon zest, लेमन जेस्ट
6 gms Agar agar, soaked in 4 tbsp water, अगर अगर
⅓ cup Strawberry puree , स्ट्रॉबेरी प्यूरी
For Base
1 ½ cup Biscuits, crumbs, बिस्कुट
¼ cup Butter, मक्खन
Other Ingredients
Ohp sheets, ओ एच पी शीट
Melted chocolate, पिघली हुई चॉकलेट
Dragon fruit, slice, ड्रैगन फ्रूट
fresh Mint leaves, पुदीना पता
Cocoa powder, कोको पाउडर
Icing sugar, आइसिंग शुगर
Pomegranate pearls, अनार के दाने
Process
- In a large bowl, add cream cheese, hung curd, whipping cream and half the sugar.
- Using an electric blender set at medium-high speed, beat the cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
- Add a little lemon zest and mix it well.
- In a bowl, add agar agar and little water and soaked in it for 5 minutes.
- In a large pan, add little water, soaked agar agar and mix it well.
- Add sugar and mix it well. Then add strawberry puree then switch off the flame and mix everything well.
- Transfer this into a bowl, let it come to a room temperature.
- Once the strawberry puree mixture is at normal temperature pour it into a cream cheese mixture and mix it well.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the biscuit crust; smooth the top with a rubber spatula. and refrigerate until firm,1 to 1 ½ hours.
- Take the cake out from the refrigerator and place on a cooling rack.
- Once set, Place the ohp sheet in the center. Pour the melted chocolate in the center over the cheesecake.
- Cover it from all the sides evenly.
- Garnished it with dragon fruit, fresh mint leaves, cocoa powder, icing sugar and pomegranate pearls.
- Cut it into a slice and serve.
For Base
- In a bowl, add biscuits and crush them with a rolling pin or hands.
- In a nonstick pan, add butter and let it melt completely.
- Add biscuits crumbs and mix well until all the crumbs are nicely coated.
- Press the crumb mixture into a cake tin, spreading evenly all the side; press flat. Chill crust in freezer for at least 10 minutes.
