Process

For Boiling Pasta

  • In a saucepot, add water as required, salt to taste, degi red chili powder, turmeric powder, black cardamom, black peppercorns, ginger garlic paste and mix it well.
  • Add sweet corn kernels and cook for 4-5 minutes until half cooked.
  • Add macaroni pasta and cook for another 7-8 minutes until it’s fully cooked.
  • Strain the pasta, sweet corn kernels and keep it aside for further use.

 

For Honey Mustard Dressing

  • In a bowl, add crushed garlic, mustard sauce, honey, mayonnaise, crushed black peppercorns and give it a good mix.
  • Keep it aside for further use.

 

For Tomato Mayo Dressing

  • In a bowl, add mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, crushed black peppercorns, green chillies, ginger, fresh coriander leaves and give it a good mix.
  • Keep it aside for further use.

 

For Vinaigrette Dressing

  • In a bowl, add vinegar, crushed black peppercorns, mustard sauce, olive oil and vigorously whisk it until fluffy.
  • Keep it aside for further use.

 

For Honey Mustard Pasta Salad

  • In a bowl, add honey mustard dressing, boiled pasta & corn and give it a good mix.
  • In a serving bowl, place lollo rosso leaves and add prepared pasta salad.
  • Take pineapple and toss it in vinaigrette dressing.
  • Top the salad with prepared pineapples and homemade feta cheese.
  • Serve cold.

 

For Tomato Mayo Pasta Salad

  • In a bowl, add tomato mayonnaise dressing, boiled pasta & corn and give it a good mix.
  • In a serving bowl, place lollo rosso leaves and add prepared pasta salad.
  • Take cherry tomatoes and toss it in vinaigrette dressing.
  • Top the salad with prepared pineapples and homemade feta cheese.
  • Serve cold.

 

For Greek Salad

  • In a bowl, add onion, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, capsicum, iceberg lettuce, prepared vinaigrette dressing and give it a good mix.
  • Transfer it to a serving bowl, top it up with homemade feta cheese, fresh mint leaves and toasted bread slices.
  • Serve cold

For Toasting Bread

  • In a pan, place bread slices, add butter and toast it on both sides until crispy and golden in colour.
  • Transfer it to a tray or plate and keep it aside for further use.
