1 cup low fat yogurt
1 cup cucumber, cut roughly
1 tsp lime juice
1 tbsp honey
Pinch of black pepper
4-5 mint leaves
Ice cubes (optional)
1 tbsp chia seeds, soaked
Process
- Combine everything in a blender and until smooth.
- Serve topped with 1 tbsp of chia seeds.
