- Add milk and white chocolate to a heat-proof bowl and microwave for 15 seconds. Stir and repeat until chocolate has melted.
- Place white chocolate mixture, yogurt, red chili flaked, tropical heat and strawberries in a blender, and blend until creamy and smooth. Taste and make any wanted adjustments. Add ice cubes and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
- *If you use frozen strawberries, you can omit the ice.
Note: White chocolate is sensitive to heat, so be careful not to burn the mixture. Alternatively, you can use a bain-marie (that is, place a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water) to melt it. Let cool to room temperature.
