
Ingredients
- 250 gms, paneer, grated
- 1/2 cups, potatoes, boiled, mashed
- ½ cup green peas, boiled, mashed
- 2-3 tbsp cashew nuts, broken
- 1 tsp, ginger, grated
- 1 tsp green chili, chopped
- ¼ cup, coriander leaves, finely chopped
- ½ tsp, cumin seeds, roasted and crushed
- ½ tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp, chaat masala
- ¼ cup, bread crumbs
- ½ tbsp corn flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for shallow frying
Process
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients well to make a kebab mixture.
- Divide the mixture in to equal lemon sized balls.
- Shape and flatten each ball to form a patty /kabab.
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry kababs on both sides until golden brown and crisp.
- Take them off the heat.
- Serve these paneer veg kebab with any chutney or sauce of your choice.
