Ingredients
For Batter
1 cup Refined Flour, मैदा
¾ cup Powdered Sugar, पिसी चीनी
1 tbsp Melted Butter, मक्खन
1 tsp Vanilla Essence, वनीला एसेंस
3 tbsp Condensed Milk, कंडेन्स्ट मिल्क
½ tsp Baking Powder, बेकिंग पाउडर
1 tsp Honey, शहद
½ cup Milk, दूध
For Garnish
Maple Syrup, मेपल सिरप
few Strawberry, स्ट्रॉबेरी
Icing Sugar, आइसिंग शुगर
few Blueberry, ब्लूबेरी
Process
- In a bowl add refined flour, powdered sugar, melted butter, vanilla essence, condensed milk, baking powder, honey, milk and mix well and make a batter.
- Now heat a non-stick pan and a ladle full of the batter and cook it until golden brown then flip it on to the other side and cook that as well.
- Repeat this process with the rest of the batter. And let them cool down a little.
- Garnish it with strawberry, blue berry, maple syrup and icing sugar.
- Serving immediately and enjoying it.
