Ingredients
1 cup Sushi Rice
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
½ Carrot
½ Cucumber
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
1 Nori Sheet
Soya sauce
Wasabi
Process
- In a bowl, add cucumber, carrot, sugar and rice wine vinegar, mix everything together and keep aside to pickle.
- In another bowl, add rice, sugar and rice wine vinegar, mix it and keep aside.
- Now take the mat, place nori sheet on top, spread the rice evenly all over.
- Then line the vegetables on one corner of the sheet and then start rolling the mat slowly and steadily.
- Once done, keep the mat aside and cut the sushi with a knife (with very soft hands).
- Serve it with soya sauce and wasabi.
