Ingredients
For Boiling Vegetable
1 medium Cauliflower, cut into florets, फूलगोभी
4 large Potatoes, roughly diced, आलू
1 large Capsicum, roughly diced, शिमला मिर्च
1 cup fresh Green peas, हरी मटर
2 medium Carrots (peeled & sliced) गाजर
2-3 tbsp Butter, cubed, मक्खन
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
Water as required, पानी
For Pav Bhaji
1 tbsp Oil, तेल
2-3 tbsp Butter, cubed, मक्खन
½ inch Ginger (peeled & finely chopped) अदरक
3 medium Onions, finely chopped, प्याज
4 no. Green chillies (less spicy & finely chopped) हरी मिर्च
1 large Capsicum, chopped, शिमला मिर्च
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste, अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट
1 ½ tbsp Degi red chili powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
3 medium Tomatoes, finely chopped, टमाटर
2 tbsp Pav bhaji masala, पाव भाजी मसाला
Boiled vegetables, उबली हुई सब्ज़ियाँ
2-3 tbsp Butter, cubed, मक्खन
1 tbsp Pav bhaji masala, पाव भाजी मसाला
2 tbsp fresh Coriander leaves, finely chopped, धनिया पत्ता
For Cheese Pav Bhaji
1 tbsp Butter, cubed, मक्खन
6 no. Ladi pav, लादी पाव
Prepared pav bhaji, तैयार की हुई पाव भाजी
3-4 tbsp Pizza cheese blend, चीज़
For Garnish
Coriander sprig, धनिया पत्ता
Onion, finely chopped, प्याज
Lemon wedge, नींबू की फांक
1 no. Green chili (less spicy & diagonally sliced) हरी मिर्च
1 tbsp Butter, cubed, मक्खन
Process
For Boiling Vegetable
- In a pressure cooker, add cauliflower, potatoes, capsicum, green peas, carrots, butter, salt to taste and water as required.
- Cover it with a lid and cook it for 4-5 whistles until cooked well.
- Keep it aside for further use.
For Pav Bhaji
- In a handi or kadai, add oil, butter, once it’s hot, add ginger, onion and saute it well until translucent.
- Add green chillies, capsicum, ginger garlic paste and saute it for a minute.
- Add degi red chili powder, tomato, pav bhaji masala and saute it well until mushy.
- Add boiled vegetables, butter and simmer it for a while until cooked well.
- Finish it with pav bhaji masala, coriander leaves and mix it well.
For Cheese Pav Bhaji
- Take a ladi pav, slit it in the middle, add prepared pav bhaji and place it on a pan.
- Add butter, top it up with pizza cheese blend and cook it for 3-4 minutes until cheese melts.
- Transfer it to a serving dish and add prepared pav bhaji.
- Garnish it with coriander sprig, onions, lemon wedges and butter.
- Serve hot.
