
Mango Shahi Tukda आम शाही टुकड़ा आम रबड़ी double ka meetha festive Mango Recipe

Ingredients
For Mango Rabdi
3 no Mango, medium size, peeled & cubed/ आम
1 cup Milk Powder/ दूध पाउडर
½ tsp Baking Soda, बेकिंग सोडा
¼ cup Sugar, चीनी
½ cup Milk, दूध
Few Strands Saffron, केसर
2 no cardamom, crushed, ग्रीन कार्डमम
For Milk (For Soaking)
1 ladle Prepared Mango Rabdi, तैयार किया हुआ आम रबड़ी
500 ml Milk, दूध
For Fried Bread
6 White Sliced Bread, large Sized, cut into triangles, ब्रेड
Ghee for shallow-frying, घी
For Garnish
½ no Mango, peeled & cubed, आम
Few Mint Leaves (Optional), पुदीना पता
Process
For Mango Rabdi
- In a mixing bowl add in peeled and cubed mangoes, milk powder, saffron, mix gently.
- Transfer this mixture & sugar into a cooking pot and allow it to cook for a minute.
- Add in milk and cook for another 2 minute on medium flame. Add in soda and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add in crushed cardamom and mix well.
- Remove from the flame and allow it to cool.
For Milk (For Soaking)
- Add in a ladleful of prepared rabdi into 1 litre milk (milk should be at room temperature).
For Fried Bread
- Trim the edges of bread slices into triangular shape. (Or you can cut them into square shape as well)
- Heat Ghee in frying pan and shallow fry the bread slices until light golden brown.
- Remove from the fried bread slices using strainer and out immediately into prepared milk and soak for 20-25 minutes.
For Service
- Before serving you can refrigerate it or consume it immediately.
- In a serving platter arrange soaked bread slices (make sure you should squeeze out the milk gently without breaking the bread).
- Pour the prepared rabdi over soaked bread slices. Garnish with cubes of mango cubes and mint.
