
Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil/ तेल
3 medium tomatoes, pureed/टमाटर
4 tbsp basil, sliced/बेसिल
1 tsp dried oregano/ड्राइड ऑरेगैनो
1 tsp chilli flakes/चिल्ली फलैक्स
½ tsp black peppercorns, coarsely ground/काली मिर्च
¼ tsp red chilli powder/लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1 tsp sugar/शक्कर
Salt to taste/नमक स्वाद अनुसार
For Pizza
2 pizza base/पिज़्ज़ा बेस
1 cup mozzarella cheese/ processed cheese, grated/मोज़्ज़रेल्ला चीज़
½ no green bell pepper, chopped/हरी शिमला मिर्च
¼ cup sweet corn, boiled/स्वीट कॉर्न
5-6 green olives, sliced/हरे जैतून
1 tsp dried oregano/ड्राइड ऑरेगैनो
fresh basil leaves/बेसिल
Process
For Pizza Sauce
- Heat oil in a deep non-stick, add pureed tomatoes, mix well and cover with a lid and cook on a medium flame 3-4 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Add in basil and mix well, cook for a minute on a medium flame.
- Add in oregano, chilli flakes, peppercorns, chilli powder, sugar and salt. Mix well and cook for simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from flame and allow to cool down to room temperature.
- Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate till in use.
For Pizza
- Take pizza base and apply pizza sauce all over, spread grated mozzarella cheese all over.
- Arrange vegetables and olives on top. sprinkle dried oregano, fresh basil leaves and mozzarella cheese.
- transfer this pizza on pan and cover it with the lid. Allow it to cook for 7-8 minutes on low flame. /ढक कर 7-8 मिनट के लिए धीमी आंच पर पकाये
- When cheese is almost melts remove and cut with the desired shapes.
