1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup onion, chopped
1 tbsp fresh green chilies, chopped
½ cup tomato, chopped
1 tsp red chili powder
½ tsp garama masala (optional)
Salt to taste
Handful of fresh corinader leaves, chopped
- Heat oil in kadhai, add onion and sauté till light broan in color. Add green chili and tomato.
- Add red chili powder and saute until it starts leaving oil from the edges.
- Now add eggs and saute for 4-5 minutes.
- When bhurji is ready sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- Serve hot.
