
Ingredients
For Filling
3 fresh Green chillies, chopped , हरी मिर्च
1 inch Ginger, chopped , अदरक
1 medium Tomato, deseeded & diced , टमाटर
Few Coriander leaves, chopped , धनिया पत्ता
½ cup Pizza cheese, garted , पिज़्ज़ा चीज
½ tbsp Oil , तेल
For Spread
2 heaped tbsp Mayonnaise , मेयोनेज़
1 tbsp Green chutney , हरी चटनी
For Batter Without Egg
1 cup Milk , दूध
2-3 tbsp Gram flour (besan) , बेसन
2 tbsp Mayonnaise , मेयोनेज़
Salt to taste , नमक स्वादानुसार
½ tsp Degi Red chilli powder , देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
¼ tsp Turmeric powder , हल्दी पाउडर
For Batter With Egg
2 Eggs , अंडे
1 tbsp Gram flour (besan) , बेसन
¼ cup Milk , दूध
Salt to taste , नमक स्वादानुसार
½ tsp Degi Red chilli powder , देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
For Salad
1 medium Onion, sliced , प्याज
¼ cup Cabbage, sliced , पत्ता गोभी
½ medium Tomato, sliced , टमाटर
Few Coriander leaves, chopped , धनिया पत्ता
1 fresh Green chilli, chopped , हरी मिर्च
Salt to taste , नमक स्वादानुसार
1 tbsp Olive oil , जैतून का तेल
Other Ingredients
½ cup Poha , पोहा
Oil for frying , तेल तलने के लिए
Process
For Filling
- In a bowl, add chopped green chillies, ginger, tomato, coriander leaves.
- Add grated cheese and mix everything well.
- Add a little oil and mix it well. Keep aside for further use.
For Spread
- In a bowl, add mayonnaise, green chutney and mix it well. Keep aside for further use.
For Batter Without Egg
- In a bowl, add milk, gram flour, mayonnaise, salt to taste, degi red chilli powder, turmeric powder and whisk it well. Keep aside for further use.
For Batter With Egg
- In a bowl, add egg, gram flour, milk, salt to taste, degi red chilli powder and whisk it well. Keep aside for further use.
For Salad
- In a bowl, add onion, cabbage, tomatoes, coriander leaves, green chillies, salt to taste, olive oil and mix it well.
For Assembling Non-Fried Cheesy Bread Pakora
- Take 4 bread slices and apply prepared mayonnaise mixture evenly on all the sides.
- Now, add the filling and then place the other bread slice on it to make a sandwich.
- Heat a pan on medium heat and add oil, meanwhile dip then sandwich in the egg mixture and coat it properly and then coat it with poha and place it into a hot pan and cook it from both sides until light brown and crisp.
- Now, dip the other bread sandwich into the without egg mixture and coat it properly with poha and then place it into a hot pan and cook it from both sides until light brown and crisp.
- Remove and repeat this process for other bread slices. Serve hot with prepared salad.
