Lunchbox spl Cooker Pasta झटपट पास्ता स्कूल टिफ़िन के लिए easy Tomato Sauce Pasta
Lunchbox woes no more! Try this jhatpat Fatafat Pasta recipe, that too in your favourite Tomato sauce base :)
Ingredients
For Cooker Wala Pasta
2 tbsp Oil, तेल
1 inch Ginger (peeled & finely chopped) अदरक
2-3 no. Garlic cloves, sliced, लहसुन
1 medium Onion, chopped, प्याज
1 tbsp Butter, cubed, मक्खन
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
1 ½ cups fresh Tomato puree, ताज़े टमाटर की प्यूरी
1 tbsp Degi red chili powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
2 tsp Coriander powder, धनिया पाउडर
½ tsp Sugar, चीनी
½ cup Sweet corn kernels, भुट्टे के दाने
1 medium Tomato, chopped, टमाटर
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
1 ½ tbsp Butter, cubed, मक्खन
2 cups Water, पानी
1 tbsp Tender Coriander stem, finely chopped, धनिये के डंठल
1 tsp dry Oregano, ओरिगैनो
½ tsp Chilli flakes, चिली फ्लेक्स
2 cups Penne pasta, पेने पास्ता
For Garlic Butter
2-3 no. Garlic cloves, crushed, लहसुन
2-3 tbsp Butter, cubed, मक्खन
For Garlic Bread
6 no. Bread slice, ब्रेड स्लाइस
1 tbsp Garlic Butter, गार्लिक बटर
A pinch of dry oregano, ओरिगैनो
A pinch of chili flakes, चिली फ्लेक्स
3 no. Cheese slice, चीज़
For Toasting Bread
1 tsp Garlic butter, गार्लिक बटर
½ tsp Olive oil, ऑलिव ऑयल
For Finishing Pasta
¼ cup Tomato ketchup, टोमॅटो केचप
2-4 tbsp Olive oil, ऑलिव ऑयल
2-3 no. Basil leaves, roughly torn, बेसिल की पत्तियां
For Garnish
Cheese, grated, चीज़
dry Oregano, ओरिगैनो
Basil leaf, बेसिल की पत्तियां
Process
For Cooker Wala Pasta
- In a pressure cooker, add oil, once it’s hot, add ginger, garlic and saute it for a minute.
- Add onion, butter, salt to taste and saute it until translucent.
- Add fresh tomato puree and cook for 5-6 minutes on medium flames.
- Add degi red chili powder, coriander powder and saute it for a minute.
- Add sugar, sweet corn kernels, tomato, salt to taste, butter, water, tender coriander stems, oregano, chili flakes, penne pasta and mix it well.
- Cover it with a lid, cook it for a whistle and leave it aside to depressurize the cooker.
- Finish it with prepared tomato ketchup mixture and give it a good mix.
- Transfer it to a serving dish, garnish it with grated cheese, dry oregano and basil leaf.
- Serve hot with prepared garlic bread.
For Garlic Butter
- In a mortar pestle, add garlic and crush it coarsely.
- Add butter and mix it well.
- Transfer it into a bowl and keep it aside for further use.
For Garlic Bread
- Take bread slices, apply prepared garlic butter on each side, sprinkle some dry oregano, chili flakes, place cheese slices and cover it with another bread slice.
- Keep it aside for further use.
For Toasting Bread
- In a non-stick pan, add garlic butter, olive oil, once it’s hot, place prepared garlic breads and toast them for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer it to a serving dish and serve hot with prepared pasta.
For Finishing Pasta
- In a bowl, add tomato ketchup, olive oil, basil leaves and give it a good mix.
- Keep it aside for further use.
