
Veg Chowmein Easy Recipe वेज चाऊमीन बनाएं घर पर Spicy Veg Noodles

Ingredients
For Boiling Noodles
2 packs Noodles (नूडल्स)
2 ltr Water (पानी)
2 tbsp Salt (नमक)
2 tbsp Oil (तेल)
For Chow Mein
2 tbsp Oil (तेल)
2 medium Onions – sliced (प्याज़)
5-6 cloves Garlic – chopped (लहसुन)
3 fresh Green Chillies – chopped (हरी मिर्च)
1 inch Ginger – chopped (अदरक)
1 medium Red Bell Pepper – julienned (रेड बैल पेपर)
1 medium Capsicum – julienned (शिमला मिर्च)
½ medium Cabbage – shredded (पत्ता गोभी)
Boiled Noodles (उबले हुए नूडल्स)
½ tsp Red Chilli Sauce (रेड चिली सॉस)
¼ tsp Soya Sauce (सोया सॉस)
Spring Onions (प्याज़ पत्ता)
For Sauces Mixture
1 tbsp Vinegar (सिरका)
1 tsp Red Chilli Sauce (रेड चिली सॉस)
1 tsp Green Chilli Sauce (ग्रीन चिली सॉस)
1 tsp Soya Sauce (सोया सॉस)
½ tsp Powdered Sugar (पिसी हुई चीनी)
For Powdered Spices
½ tsp Garam Masala (गरम मसाला)
¼ tsp Degi Red Chilli Powder (देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
Salt to taste (नमक स्वादानुसार)
For Egg Mixture
1 Egg (अंडा)
½ tsp Red Chilli Sauce (रेड चिली सॉस)
¼ tsp Vinegar (सिरका)
¼ tsp Soya Sauce (सोया सॉस)
For Garnish
Spring Onions (प्याज़ पत्ता)
Process
For Boiling Noodles
- In a large pot heat water, salt and bring it to a rolling boil then add the raw noodles and let them cook.
- Once cooked remove in a strainer and apply oil and keep aside for further use.
For Sauces Mixture
- In a bowl add vinegar, red chilli sauce, green chilli sauce, soya sauce, powdered sugar and mix everything properly and keep aside for further use.
For Powdered Spices
- In a bowl add garam masala, degi red chilli powder, salt and mix everything then keep aside for further use.
For Chow Mein
- In a pan heat oil and add onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies and saute for a few seconds.
- Now add red bell pepper, capsicum, cabbage and saute for a minute on high heat.
- Then add boiled noodles, prepared sauces mixture, spices mixture, red chilli sauce, soya sauce and toss it properly until well mixed.
- Continue cooking for a minute then switch off the flames and add spring onions.
- Serving immediately and garnish it with spring onion.
For Egg Mixture
- In a bowl add egg, red chilli sauce, vinegar, soya sauce and mix everything properly and make an omelet.
- Then cut it into strips and serve along with Chow mein to make it an egg chow mein.
