
Ingredients
For Fried Noodles
2 Cups Boiled Noodles
½ Cup Refined Flour
Oil, for deep frying
For Assembling
½ Cup Green Capsicum, julienne
½ Cup Carrot, julienne
1Cup Cabbage, shredded
¼ Cup Schezwan Sauce
1 tbsp Red Chili Sauce
¼ Cup Spring Onion, chopped
For Garnish
¼ Cup Spring Onion, chopped
Process
- Take boiled noodles in a mixing bowl and add refined flour, toss everything well.
- Heat oil for deep frying. Deep fry the noodles on medium high flame till golden brown. Remove on absorbent paper and drain off the excess oil.
- For assembling combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Now add fried noodles and toss everything well.
- Remove on serving plate and garnish with spring onion.
- Serve immediately.
