Chapati Noodles झटपट रोटी से नूडल्स कैसे बनाएं Leftover Chapati recipe

Ingredients
4-5 leftover Chapatis, cut into strips, चपाती
2 tbsp Oil, तेल
3 Garlic cloves, chopped, लहसुन
1 inch Ginger, julienne, अदरक
2 fresh Green Chillies, slit in half, हरी मिर्च
1 Onion, slice, प्याज
1 medium Carrot, julienne, गाजर
½ cup Tri Coloured Bell Pepper, julienne, तीनो रंग के शिमला मिर्च
½ cup Cabbage, shredded, पत्ता गोभी
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
4 tbsp Tomato Ketchup, टाॅमेटो केचप
2 tbsp Soy Sauce, सोया सॉस
1 tbsp Vinegar, सिरका
few Spring Onion, chopped, प्याज पत्ता
Process
- Firstly, take 5 chapatis and roll tight.
- Cut into thin strips forming noodles.
- Separate the chapati strips and keep aside.
- Now, in a wok heat oil and saute garlic, green chilli, onion, carrot, cabbage, capsicum for 1 minute on high heat.
- Saute slightly till the vegetables shrink.
- Now add salt, tomato ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce and mix well making sure sauces are combined well.
- Then add the prepared chapati strips and toss it well.
- Finally, serve chapati noodles hot and garnish with spring onion.
