- 12-15 Almonds, soaked overnight and skin removed
- 2 cup Soy milk/ Cow’s milk, Chilled
- 2 tbsp Sugar/ Honey
- ½ tsp Cardamom powder
- 5-6 Ice cubes (Optional)
Process
- Add all the ingredients to a mixer jar and give it a nice blend
- Remove in a serving glass and serve chilled.
