
White Sauce Pasta क्रीमी वाइट सॉस पास्ता घर पर easy Cheese Pasta recipe
This has to be one of the most demanded dishes by kids.. and adults too 😜 Here's my jhatpat- fatafat recipe for White Sauce cheesy, creamy pasta.
Ingredients
For White Sauce
100 gm Butter, cut into cubed, मक्खन
100 gm Refined flour, मैदा
1 ltr Milk, दूध
1 tbsp Butter, cubed, मक्खन
For Boiling Pasta
Water as required, पानी
1 tsp Oil, तेल
Salt to taste, नमक स्वाद अनुसार
2 cups Penne Pasta, पेने पास्ता
1 large Carrot, cut into dice, गाजर
12-15 no. Button Mushrooms, cut into half, मशरूम
2 tsp Oil (for coating), तेल
For White Sauce Paste
½ tbsp Oil, तेल
2-3 Garlic cloves, chopped, लहसुन
¼ cup Sweet corn kernels, blanched, भुट्टे के दाने
Boiled Pasta & Vegetables, उबले हुए पास्ता और सब्जियां
⅓ cup Remaining Pasta Water, पास्ता का पानी
1 cup Prepared White Sauce, वाइट सॉस
¼ cup Processed cheese, grated, चीज
2 Green chillies (less spicy & chopped) हरी मिर्च
1 tsp Coriander leaves, chopped, धनिया पत्ती
1 ½ tsp Extra virgin olive oil, जैतून का तेल
For Garlic Bread
1 ½ tsp Oil, तेल
2-3 Garlic cloves, crushed, लहसुन
Baguette, Slices, बगेत ब्रेड
For Garnish
Basil leaves, बसिल की पत्तियां
Process
For White Sauce
- In a sauce pot, add butter. Once it melts, add refined flour, stir until creamy/ lump free and cook it for a minute.
- Slowly & gradually add milk, whisk continuously until it’s smooth & creamy. Cook it for 2-3 minutes or until slightly thicken.
- Transfer it to a bowl, add butter for coating to avoid layering.
- Keep it aside for further use.
For Boiling Pasta
- In a pot, add water, once it’s boiling, add oil, salt to taste, penne pasta, carrots, mushroom and cook it for 8-10 minutes or until at al dante stage or until al dente.
- Strain the excess water and coat the pasta with oil to avoid sticking to each other.
- Keep it aside for further use.
For White Sauce Paste
- In a pan, add oil. Once it’s hot, add garlic, salt to taste, corn kernels and toss it for a minute.
- Add boiled pasta, vegetables, remaining pasta water and sauté.
- Add white sauce, processed cheese and cook until the cheese melts.
- Add green chilies, coriander leaves, olive oil and mix it well.
- Transfer it to a serving dish, garnish it with basil leaves.
- Serve with garlic bread.
For Garlic Bread
- In a pan, add oil. Once it’s hot, add garlic and cook it until golden brown in color.
- Add bread slices and toast it until golden in color.
- Keep it aside for further use.
