Ingredients
For Cooking Soya Keema
7-8 no. Garlic cloves, लहसुन
1-2 tbsp Ghee, घी
1 tsp Cumin seeds, जीरा
300 gms Soya granules, सोया कीमा
1 tbsp Tender Coriander stems (finely chopped), धनिये के डंठल
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
2 cups Curd (beaten), दही
2 ½ medium Tomatoes (cut into quarters), टमाटर
2-3 cups Water, पानी
1 tsp Turmeric powder, हल्दी पाउडर
½ tsp Sugar, चीनी
For Soya Keema
¼ cup Ghee, घी
2 large Onions (roughly sliced), प्याज
1 heaped tbsp Coriander powder, धनिया पाउडर
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste, अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट
1 cup fresh Green peas, हरे मटर
1 tbsp Degi red chilli powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
½ cup Dill leaves (finely chopped), सोआ के पत्ते
¼ cup Water, पानी
Cooked soya keema, पका हुआ सोया कीमा
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
1 tsp Sugar, चीनी
½ tsp Garam masala, गरम मसाला
⅓ cup Dill leaves (finely chopped), सोआ के पत्ते
3 no. Green chillies (less spicy & finely chopped), हरी मिर्च
2-3 tbsp fresh Coriander leaves (finely chopped), धनिया पत्ता
1 medium Tomato (chopped), टमाटर
2-3 tbsp Ghee, घी
For Garnish
Coriander sprig, धनिया पत्ता
Lemon wedge, नींबू की फांक
Process
For Cooking Soya Keema
- In a pressure cooker, add garlic, ghee, cumin seeds and cook for a minute.
- Add soya granules, tender coriander stems, salt to taste and cook for a while or until the soya granules get light golden in colour.
- Add curd, tomatoes, water, turmeric powder, sugar and give it a quick boil.
- Now, cover it with the lid and let it cook for 1-2 whistles or until it’s cooked.
- Keep it aside to depressurize the cooker.
For Soya Keema
- In a handi, add ghee, once it’s hot, add onions and cook for 4-5 minutes or until onions get translucent in texture.
- Add coriander powder, ginger garlic paste and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add fresh green peas, degi red chili powder, dill leaves and cook for a minute.
- Now, add water, give it a quick boil and add cooked soya keema, salt to taste, sugar and let it cook for 5-6 minutes or until it’s cooked.
- Finish it with garam masala, dill leaves, green chillies, fresh coriander leaves, tomato, ghee, give it a good mix and cook for a minute.
- Transfer it into the serving dish and garnish it with coriander sprig and lemon wedges.
- Serve hot with roti and ladi pav.
