
Spicy Tawa Idli चटपटी तवा इडली बची हुई इडली की आसान रेसिपी Quick snack recipe

Ingredients
3 heaped tbsp Butter (मक्खन)
1 medium Onion – chopped (प्याज़)
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste (अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट)
1 heaped tsp Red Chillies & Garlic chutney (लाल मिर्च और लहसुन की चटनी)
1 medium Tomato – chopped (टमाटर)
1 medium Capsicum – chopped (शिमला मिर्च)
1 fresh Green Chilli – chopped (हरी मिर्च)
½ tsp Degi Red Chilli Powder (देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
1 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala (पाव भाजी मसाला)
Water (पानी)
Salt to taste (नमक स्वादानुसार)
5-6 Idlis – cut in 4 pieces (इडली)
½ small Lemon juice (नींबू का रस)
1 tbsp Butter (मक्खन)
2 tbsp Coriander Leaves – chopped (धनिया पत्ता)
For Garnish
A pinch Pav Bhaji Masala (पाव भाजी मसाला)
Fresh Coriander Leaves (धनिया पत्ता)
Process
- In a kadai heat butter and add onion, saute until translucent.
- Then add ginger-garlic paste, red chilli & garlic chutney and saute for half a minute.
- Now add the tomatoes and cook until soft and then add capsicum, green chillies, degi red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala let it saute for a minute then add water, salt and mix everything properly.
- Add the idlis in and toss it with light hands then cover and cook for 5-6 minutes, remove the lid and mix everything properly once.
- Now finish it with more butter, lemon juice, coriander leaves and switch off the flames.
- Serve hot in the serving plate and garnish with coriander leaves and pav bhaji masala.
