
Special Anda Ghotala सूरती अंडा घोटाला दस मिनट में घर पे बनाएँ Egg Recipes
Ingredients
For Masala
2 medium size Onion, chopped, प्याज
2 medium size Tomato, chopped, टमाटर
1 Green chilli, chopped, हरी मिर्च
¼ cup cup Butter, cubes, मक्खन
1 tsp Degi red chilli powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1 tsp Pav Bhaji masala, पाव भाजी मसाला
1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste, अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादानुसार
¼ cup Water, पानी
2-3 Egg, hard boiled, grated, अंडे
1 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped, धनिये के पत्ते
1 small Butter, cube, मक्खन
For Fried Egg
1 small Butter, cube, मक्खन
1 Egg, अंडे
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादानुसार
A pinch Degi red chilli powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
Few Coriander leaves, chopped, धनिये के पत्ते
2 Egg, hard boiled, grated, अंडे
For Gadbad Ghotala
2 Egg, अंडे
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादानुसार
½ tsp Pav Bhaji masala, पाव भाजी मसाला
1 tbsp Water, पानी
¼ tsp Oil, तेल
1 small Butter, cube, मक्खन
Prepared Masala, तैयार किया हुआ मसाला
Other Ingredients
1-2 small Butter, cubes, मक्खन
2 Ladi Pav , लादी पाव
1 Egg, hard boiled, grated, अंडे
Coriander leaves, धनिये के पत्ते
Process
For Masala
- In a pan, add butter, once it’s melted, add onion, and saute until translucent.
- Add tomato, green chilli and saute well.
- Add degi red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala, ginger garlic paste and cook on medium flame.
- Add little water and mix it well.
- Add grated, boiled egg, coriander leaves and mix everything well.
- Transfer it into a serving dish, add a small cube of butter on top.
- serve with fried egg on top of it with grated boiled egg.
- Serve hot with butter ladi pav.
For Fried Egg
- In an omelet pan, add a small cube of butter once it’s melted, add the whole egg, salt to taste, degi red chilli powder and coriander leaves and serve hot.
For Gadbad Ghotala
- In a bowl, add egg, salt to taste, pav bhaji masala and whisk it well.
- Add a little water and oil mix it well.
- In a pan, add butter, onces it melted, add beaten egg.
- Till the pan with a circular motion so that it coats the surface evely.
- Once it’s done, add the prepared masala in the center and fold it from all the sides.
- Flip it again and cook for a minute.
- Transfer it into a serving dish, sprinkle some pav bhaji masala on top of it with butter.
- Garnish it with Grated egg and coriander leaves. Serve hot.
