1 litre Full Fat Milk
½ Cup Sugar
1 tsp Cardamom Powder
1 Cup Sitaphal Pulp
2 tbsp nuts, chopped
- Boil the milk in a heavy bottom pot. Put on simmer and keep stirring constantly. Making sure that it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.
- After it has reduced and thickened, add sugar, cardamom powder.
- Simmer for more 5-10mins. Take off the flame and add sitaphal pulp. Mix well.
- Serve chilled. Garnish with nuts and serve.
