
Ingredients
3 tbsp Ghee (घी)
1 tsp Cumin Seeds (जीरा)
1 inch Ginger – crushed (अदरक)
1 fresh Green Chilli – crushed (हरी मिर्च)
1 sprig Curry Leaves (कड़ी पत्ता)
2 medium Potatoes – boiled & medium diced (आलू)
¼ cup Peanut – crushed (मूंगफली)
Rock Salt to taste (सेंधा नमक स्वादानुसार)
1 cup Sago – soaked (साबूदाना)
½ tsp Sugar (शक्कर)
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves – chopped (धनिया पत्ता)
For Garnish
Fresh Coriander Leaves (धनिया पत्ता)
Lemon wedges (नींबू)
Process
- Soaking time of sabudana: Overnight
- In a kadai heat ghee and add cumin seeds, let them crackle then add the ginger, green chilli, curry leaves and potatoes saute it for 2 minutes.
- Now add the peanut and saute for a minute and then add the soaked sago some sugar and cover and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the lid and sprinkle some water and again cover and cook for 2 minutes.
- Remove the lid and add coriander leaves and mix everything properly.
- Switch off the flames and garnish it with fresh coriander leaves and lemon wedges.
