The one comfort food that lights up everyone's eyes, Rajma-Chawal. sharing with you all, my special recipe for this wonderful Rajma Masala.

For RB Style Rajma
- In a pressure cooker, add ghee, oil, once it’s hot, add cloves, black peppercorns, black cardamom, green cardamom, bay leaf and let it splutter well.
- Add green chillies, onions, salt to taste and saute it for 2-3 minutes until golden in color.
- Add tender coriander stems with roots, fresh tomato puree and cook it for a while.
- Add coriander powder, degi red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder and cook it well.
- Add kidney beans, ghee and give it a good mix..
- Add water, cover it with a lid and cook it for 4-5 whistles or until cooked well on medium to high flames.
- Keep it aside to depressurise the cooker.
- Finish it with dry fenugreek leaves, green chillies, ginger, fresh coriander leaves, water to adjust the consistency and give it a quick boil.
- Transfer it to a serving dish and garnish it with coriander sprig.
- Serve hot with steam rice or roti.
