
Ingredients
1 tbsp Ginger, chopped
4 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
2 tsps red chilli paste
1 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tsp Cumin seeds
Salt to taste
4 Chicken drumsticks
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup breadcrumbs
Oil for frying
Process
- Add ginger, garlic, green chillies, turmeric, cumin seeds, salt, garam masala, red chilli powder, lime juice, chopped coriander and red chilli paste in a bowl. Mix together.
- Rub this marinade on the chicken pieces and keep it in the refrigerator for half an hour to rest.
- Heat oil in a pan for frying.
- Take the marinated chicken pieces and dab them with breadcrumbs and dip into egg mixture.
- Deep fry in hot oil and cook on medium low flame. The chicken pieces should get nice frills.
- Fry until the pieces are well cooked.
- Remove on an absorbent paper and serve hot along with lime wedges.
