Murghi Na Farcha Recipe - Ranveer Brar

Ingredients

1 tbsp Ginger, chopped

4 Garlic cloves, crushed

1 tsp garam masala

1 tsp red chilli powder

1 tsp lime juice

1 tsp chopped coriander leaves

2 tsps red chilli paste

1 tsp Turmeric powder

2 tsp Cumin seeds

Salt to taste

4 Chicken drumsticks

4 eggs, beaten

1 cup breadcrumbs

Oil for frying

Process

  • Add ginger, garlic, green chillies, turmeric, cumin seeds, salt, garam masala, red chilli powder, lime juice, chopped coriander and red chilli paste in a bowl. Mix together.
  • Rub this marinade on the chicken pieces and keep it in the refrigerator for half an hour to rest.
  • Heat oil in a pan for frying.
  • Take the marinated chicken pieces and dab them with breadcrumbs and dip into egg mixture.
  • Deep fry in hot oil and cook on medium low flame. The chicken pieces should get nice frills.
  • Fry until the pieces are well cooked.
  • Remove on an absorbent paper and serve hot along with lime wedges.
