
Ingredients
400 gms ready French fries
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp chopped ginger
2 green chillies, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
½ tbsp tomato ketchup
½ tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp chaat masala + for sprinkling
¼ tsp dry mango powder (amchur)
Handful chopped coriander
Process
- Heat oil in a pan, add chopped ginger and garlic. Sauté till fragrant.
- Add green chillies, allow to crackle.
- Add onions and sauté till translucent.
- Add tomato ketchup and mix well. Add chilli powder, salt, chaat masala, amchur powder and mix well.
- Turn off the flame, add fries and toss till coated.
- Sprinkle a handful of coriander and a little chaat masala.
- Serve hot.
