1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 inch ginger, cut into strips
2-3 green chilies, slit
1 cup kulith dal, boiled (Horse Gram)
1 tbsp pomegranate seeds powder (dissolved in water)
Garnish with coriander leaves and onion rings
- Add oil in sauce pan and sauté ginger, green chilies.
- When they release aroma, add boiled kulith dal. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes.
- Now add salt and pomegranate seeds powder. Again cover and cook until it turns soft.
- Remove and serve hot with rice or roti.
