Ingredients
For Fried Rice
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp ginger, chopped
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
2 green chillies, chopped
3 eggs, beaten
2 cups rice, cooked
2 tsp soy sauce
Salt to taste
1 tsp vinegar
White pepper powder to taste
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp spring onion bulbs, chopped
¼ cup spring onion greens, chopped
For Garnish
Spring onions, chopped
Process
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic and green chillies. Sauté till fragrant.
- Add beaten egg, allow to cook for about a minute and scramble.
- Add the cooked rice and toss well.
- Add soy sauce and vinegar, toss well.
- Add salt, white pepper powder, sugar, mix everything well and allow to cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add spring onion bulbs, spring onion greens, toss and cook for 2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
