2 Chutney recipes with Fruits चटपटी अमरुद और अनानास की चटनी Recipe - Ranveer Brar

Ingredients

½ kg Guava (अमरूद)

Salt to taste (नमक स्वादानुसार)

50 gm Sugar (चीनी)

25 ml Vinegar (सिरका)

1 heaped tbsp Red chilli powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)

2 tbsp Oil (तेल)

1 inch Ginger – chopped (अदरक)

10-15 Black pepper cons (काली मिर्च के दाने)

5 Cloves (लॉन्ग)

Water (पानी)

200 ml Guava juice (अमरूद का रस)

1 tbsp Tender Coriander stems (धनिए के डंठल)

Process

  • In a bowl add guava, salt, sugar, vinegar, red chilli powder and mix everything properly and keep aside for further use.
  • In a kadai heat oil and add ginger, black pepper cons, cloves saute for a minute.
  • Then add the guava mixture, water, cover and cook on low flame for 15-20 minutes.
  • Remove the lid and add guava juice and continue cooking for 5-10 or until soft and thick.
  • Now add the coriander stems and cook for 2 minutes, switch off the flames and let it cool down.
  • Store in the fridge in a airtight container.
