Chicken Rice Momos चिकन मोमो की आसान रेसिपी Easy Momo recipe

Ingredients
250 gms Chicken Keema, चिकन कीमा
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder, लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste, अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट
2 tsp Green Chilli, chopped, हरी मिर्च
2 tbsp Onions, chopped, प्याज
3 tbsp Carrots, grated, गाजर
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
2 tsp Soy Sauce, सोया सॉस
1 cup Basmati Rice, soaked, भीगे हुआ चावल
Process
- In a bowl, add chicken keema, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, green chilli.
- Add onion, carrots, salt to taste, soy sauce and mix them together and roll them into even sized balls.
- Roll the chicken balls over rice and place them in a greased steamer vessel to steam them in a closed container for 15-20 minutes.
- After steaming, leave it for 5 minutes to allow the rice to rise. And then plate it with chilli tomato or schezwan sauce.
