
Ingredients
¼ Cup Ghee
¾ Cup Wheat Flour
½ Cup Water
½ Cup Sugar
1 tbsp Almonds, chopped
1 tbsp Pistachios, chopped
Process
- Heat ghee in a pan, add wheat flour and cook on low flame for good 15-20 mins or till fat separates.
- Then add water and cook till all the water is absorbed.
- Add sugar and cook for few more minutes.
- Lastly add almonds and pistachios and turn off the flame.
- Serve hot or cold.
