
Aloo Tikki Burger आलू टिक्की बर्गर की झटपट रेसिपी Easy to make Veg Burger
What's better than a Veg Burger? An Aloo Tikki Burger!! Street style chaat and favourite burger, donon ka mazaa!
Ingredients
For Aloo Tikki Patty
2-3 Potatoes, boiled & mashed , आलू
3 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped , धनिया पत्ता
2 fresh Green chillies, chopped , हरी मिर्च
1 inch Ginger, chopped , अदरक
½ tsp prepared Tikki Masala , तैयार किया हुआ टिक्की मसाला
¼ tsp Degi red chilli powder , देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
Salt to taste , नमक स्वादानुसार
⅓ cup fresh Bread crumbs , ताजे ब्रेड क्रम
1 tsp Oil , तेल
Oil for frying , तलने के लिए तेल
For Tikki Masala
2 tsp Cumin seed , जीरा
1 tsp Fennel seeds , सॉफ
1 tsp Coriander seeds , धनिया के बीज
1 tsp Black pepper cons , काली मिर्च के दाने
½ tsp Salt , नमक
For Salad
1 small Onion, sliced , प्याज
1 small Tomato, sliced , टमाटर
½ medium Cucumber, julienned , खीरा
½ small Lemon juice , नींबू का रस
1 fresh Green chilli, chopped , हरी मिर्च
Salt to taste , नमक स्वादानुसार
¼ tsp Degi red chilli powder , देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
2 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped , धनिया पत्ता
For Toasted Burger Buns
1 tbsp Oil , तेल
¼ tsp Degi red chilli powder , देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
2 Burger Buns , बर्गर बन
For Onion Pakoda
2 cups Onion rings , प्याज के lacche
2 tbsp Gram flour (for dusting) , बेसन
1 cup Gram flour (for batter) , बेसन
Water , पानी
½ tsp Turmeric powder , हल्दी पाउडर
¼ tsp Degi red chilli powder , देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
¼ tsp Asafoetida , हींग
Salt to taste , नमक स्वादानुसार
A pinch prepared Tikki Masala , तैयार किया हुआ टिक्की मसाला
For Tamarind Mayonnaise ketchup
½ cup Mayonnaise , मेयोनेज़
1 heaped tbsp Tamarind chutney , इमली की चटनी
¼ tsp Degi red chilli powder , देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
Other Ingredients
2 Cheese slices , चीज स्लाइस
1 tbsp Green chutney , हरी चटनी
1 tbsp Butter , मक्खन
Process
For Tikki Masala
- In a pan firstly add cumin seeds and start roast them for half a minute then add fennel seeds, coriander seeds, black pepper cons and lightly roast them until fragrant.
- Remove aside and add salt then let it cool down. Once cool down properly add it in a grinder jar and grind it into a powder and keep aside for further use.
For Aloo Tikki Patty
- In a bowl add mashed potatoes, chopped coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger, prepared tikki masala, degi red chilli powder, salt, fresh bread crumbs, oil and mix everything properly.
- Take a portion from the mixture and shape it like a burger patty.
- Now heat oil in a pan and fry the burger patty from both sides until golden brown and crispy then keep aside for further use.
For Salad
- In a bowl add onion, tomato, cucumber, lemon juice, green chillies, salt, degi red chilli powder, coriander leaves and mix everything properly then keep aside for further use.
For Toasted Burger Buns
- In a pan heat oil and add degi red chilli powder then place the buns in it and toast them proper golden brown and crispy.
- Keep aside for further use.
For Onion Pakoda
- In a bowl take onion rings and coat them with gram flour properly.
- Then in another bowl add gram flour, water, turmeric powder, degi red chilli powder, asafoetida, salt and mix properly to make smooth batter.
- Add one by one the coated onion rings in the batter coat them properly with it and deep fry in medium hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove all the fried rings on an absorbent paper and sprinkle some prepared tikki masala, Keep aside for further use.
For Tamarind Mayonnaise ketchup
- In a bowl add mayonnaise, Tamarind chutney, degi red chilli powder and mix it properly until well combined. Keep aside for further use.
For Assembling Aloo Tikki Burger
- Firstly place the toasted bottom bun then apply tamarind mayonnaise ketchup then add the onion rings pakoda then place the patty then add the salad on it.
- Now add some green chutney, a chesse slice then finish it by placing the toasted top bun. It’s ready to serve.
- Optional :- To make it interesting heat butter in a pan and toast the ready burger from both sides until golden brown and crispy then serve immediately.
