Garlic Bread on Tawa रेस्टोरेंट जैसा गार्लिक ब्रेड Pull-apart Garlic Bread bonus
If your kids (or the kid in you!) have been craving restaurant style Garlic Bread at home, then here you go. There's also a bonus recipe for Cheesy Pull apart garlic bread with normal bread and pav too! What's more, you can make this Garlic bread on tawa, no oven needed!
Ingredients
For Garlic Butter
½ cup Oil, तेल
18-20 no. Garlic cloves, लहसुन
4-5 no. Green chillies (less spicy & roughly chopped) हरी मिर्च
¼ cup fresh Coriander leaves, roughly chopped, धनिया पत्ता
5-6 no. Garlic cloves, लहसुन
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
1 tsp Oregano, ओरिगैनो
1 cup Butter, cubed, मक्खन
½ tbsp Black peppercorns, crushed, कुटी हुई काली मिर्च
1 tsp Chilli flakes, चिली फ्लेक्स
For Yeast Mixture
5 gms Dry yeast, ख़मीर
2 tbsp Water, पानी
1 tbsp Refined flour, मैदा
1 tsp Sugar, चीनी
Little water, पानी
For Dough
500 gms Refined flour, मैदा
Prepared yeast mixture, तैयार किया हुआ खमीर का मिश्रण
½ cup Water, पानी
Salt to taste, नमक स्वादअनुसार
1 tsp Sugar, चीनी
1 tsp Oil, तेल
For Rolled Garlic Bread
18-20 no. Bread slices, ब्रेड स्लाइस
Prepared garlic butter, तैयार किया हुआ गार्लिक बटर
2-3 tbsp Pizza cheese, चीज
1 tbsp Oregano, ओरिगैनो
1 tbsp Chilli flakes, चिली फ्लेक्स
For Classic Garlic Bread
Prepared dough, गूंथा हुआ आटा
Prepared garlic butter, तैयार किया हुआ गार्लिक बटर
2-3 tbsp Pizza cheese, चीज
1 tbsp Oregano, ओरिगैनो
1 tbsp Chilli flakes, चिली फ्लेक्स
1-2 tsp Oil (for cooking bread) तेल
For Pull Apart Garlic Bread
5-6 no. Ladi pav, लादी पाव
Prepared garlic butter, तैयार किया हुआ गार्लिक बटर
2-3 tbsp Pizza cheese, चीज
1 tbsp Oregano, ओरिगैनो
1 tbsp Chilli flakes, चिली फ्लेक्स
1-2 tsp Oil (for cooking bread) तेल
For Garnish
Coriander sprig, धनिया पत्ता
Process
For Garlic Butter
- In a pan, add oil, once it’s hot, add garlic cloves, green chillies and cook it until golden in color.
- In a bowl, add coriander leaves, garlic cloves, cooked garlic & green chilies, oregano, butter, black pepper powder and chili flakes.
- Transfer it to a mixer grinder jar and grind it smoothly.
- Transfer it to a bowl and keep it aside for further use.
For Yeast Mixture
- In a bowl, add dry yeast, water, refined flour, sugar and mix it well.
- Keep it aside to activate the starter.
For Dough
- In a bow, add refined flour, add prepared yeast mixture, salt to taste, sugar and knead it into a smooth dough.
- Drizzle some oil and keep it aside to ferment for a while.
For Rolled Garlic Bread
- On bread, spread prepared garlic butter, stack it on top of each other and roll it.
- Transfer it to a baking tin, top it up with some prepared garlic butter, pizza cheese, oregano, chilli flakes and cover it with a silver foil.
- Bake it at 180°c for 10 minutes in the oven.
- Transfer it to a serving dish and garnish it with coriander sprig.
For Classic Garlic Bread
- Take a small lemon size dough and roll it with the help of a rolling pin.
- Spread the prepared garlic bread and add pizza cheese.
- Apply water on the edges, fold the bread and seal the edges.
- Sprinkle some oregano, chili flakes, drizzle oil on both sides and add some cuts on the bread.
- Heat a pan, add prepared garlic bread and cook it on low flames for 10-12 minutes.
- Transfer it to a serving dish and garnish it with coriander sprig.
For Pull Apart Garlic Bread
- Take ladi pav, apply prepared garlic bread and stack them in a baking tin.
- Top it up with pizza cheese, oregano, chilli flakes and cover it with a silver foil.
- Bake it at 180°c for 12-15 minutes in the airfryer.
- Drizzle some oil and bake it for a minute.
- Transfer it to a serving dish and garnish it with coriander sprig.
