Spl Gulab Jamun without Mix सिर्फ 5 चीजों से गुलाब जामुन Baked Gulab Jamun

Spl Gulab Jamun without Mix सिर्फ 5 चीजों से गुलाब जामुन Baked Gulab Jamun Recipe - Ranveer Brar

Ingredients

For Gulab Jamun

  • In a bowl, add milk powder, refined flour, baking powder, ghee, Nestlé MILKMAID and knead it into a soft dough.
  • Roll the dough and divide it into lemon size balls.
  • Transfer it to a tray, cover it with a muslin cloth and keep it aside for further use.
  • Heat oil in a kadai, drop the prepared balls and gently fry it until golden in color on medium flames.
  • Transfer it to prepared sugar syrup and allow it to rest for 10-15 minutes.
  • Transfer it to a serving dish, garnish it with almond slivers, silver vark and fresh rose petals.

 

For Sugar Syrup

  • In a saucepan, add water, sugar, cardamom pods and cook it until reduced to half or until it thickens.
  • Transfer it to a bowl and keep it aside to cool at room temperature.

 

For Baked Gulab Jamun

  • In a baking dish, add prepared gulab jamun, milkmaid and place it in the oven.
  • Bake it for 7-8 minutes at 180°c until golden in color.
  • Garnish it with silver var and rose petals.
  • Serve hot.
