Avocado Smoothie एवोकैडो ठग
When it comes to health, green is the colour to go. And what better than an Avocado Smoothie for a post workout quickie

Ingredients
Option 1
1 ripe avocado, halved and pitted
1 cup milk
½ cup yogurt
3 tablespoons honey
1 tbsp. grated ginger
Method :
Blend all ingredients along with ice cubes and serve.
Option 2 (Lactose-free)
1 ripe banana (chill before use)
½ an Avocado
½ cup soya milk /almond milk
A little honey
1 tbsp. grated ginger
Process
Combine the ingredients with ice cubes in a blender and blend to a smooth mix.
