Ingredients: Tomatoes Cashew nut Garam masala Fenugreek leaves Salt to taste Ginger garlic paste Tumeric powered Dhania powder
Preparation: Heat oil in a pan Add ginger garlic paste Sauthe for few minutes Add the tomatoes and cover with a lid for 15 min to make the tomorrow’s boil Add all the spices Then let the masala cool and blend it in the mixi. Seive it It should look as a smooth gravy Add the paneer Shai paneer is ready
Special notes/Tips: Whenever u make anything related to paneer put it in a bowl and add water and salt. Put it in the microwave for 30 seconds The paneer will be like cotton so soft.
