Ingredients:
Rava 2 cup
Dahi 3/4cup
Tomato sauce 4
Onion (finely chopped) 1
Tomato (finely chopped) 1
oregano
Black pepper powder
Chili flakes
2-3 green chili
Cheese 1 cube
Salt
Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
Preparation:
1 ….In a bowl take 2 cup rava and 3/4cup dahi mix it. And add 1tbsp salt and water. make thick batter.
2…..leave it for 15min
3….At that time make toppings which is fusion of Uttapam nd pizza topping half half…. i.e onion, tomato, green chilies, coriander leaves nd pinch of salt.
4….. in a dosa pan add batter of Uttapam size or just say pizza size….quickly add toppings and sauce to it.
5 …now sprinkle some oregano, chili flakes, black pepper, and last cheese….
6…..cook 8-10 min till it crisp
Special notes/Tips: 1. Not cook too much …it became hard to eat 2. Use thick curd while making batter and stir in one direction 3. Batter should be of idli batter like
