Ingredients:

1. Mutton Keema

2. Cheese Slices

3. Bread Crumbs

4. Coriander Leaves

5. Garam masala

6. Salted Butter

7. Garlic & Ginger

8. Green Chilly or Red Chilly Powder

9. Salt and Pepper

10. Olive Oil

Preparation:

  1. Blend the mutton keema to make it finer. This can be done in a blender or by hand. After blending the keema, put coriander leaves, salt, pepper, salted butter, garlic, and ginger and blend it with keema. Later, the mixture to be mixed with bread crumbs.
  2. Once the mixture is ready, make sure it is not very tight neither as hard as wheat dough, make balls of the keema.
  3. Apply olive oil on the surface ( wooden chopping board or marble base) and put the ball on it. With the help of your hands or a rolling pin, roll the ball into a round thick spread. Then spread the cheese slice on the top of the round keema spread and with the help of a knife, gently roll it to make kebabs. For a healthier option:- Bake the kebabs at 200* C for 40 mins For a non healthier option:- Fry them on medium flame until they become golden brown

Special notes/Tips: Serve them with tamarind and mint chutney. Serve with boiled or baked vegetables such as sweet corn, carrots, broccoli, mushroom, etc
