Aata Rice flour
Chilli powder
Salt

Preparation:
First prepare batter For batter Take 3cups of aata and 1cup of rice flour in a bowl and add chilli powder as required I usually add half spoon of chilli powder and salt as required and make it as dosa batter with lumps and with nice consistancy that’s how batter is made and use that batter as dosa batter and fry the dosa as it doesn’t remain Raw from inside
Special notes/Tips: Roast dosa with some oil and make it crispy ,as it is crispy it tastes well
