Ingredients:
2 leftover chapati – cut in noodles shape
2 medium onions – sliced
1 small capsicum – julienned
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1 small carrot julienned
1/4 cup cabbage – shredded
2 tbsp – tomato ketchup
1 tbsp soya souce
2 tbsp oil
salt to taste
coriander for garnish
Preparation:
- In a pan heat oil and add ginger, onion, carrot. Saute for 2 minutes on high flame.
2. Then add capsicum and saute for a minute. After that add tomato ketchup, soya souce and salt as per your taste. Mix well. Saute for few seconds.
3. Then add chapati noodles and mix it together well. Cover with lead and cook for 2-3 minutes. In the last add chopped coriander leaves and serve it.
Special notes/Tips: Saute all vegetables on high flame. Use leftover chapati for this recipe.
