Pizza Pasta sauce

Preparation: Just take one cup of jawar Flour, add a little bit of salt, baking powder and prepare a perfect dough for the base. After keeping it for 5 mins . Take a butter paper and make the base by slowly tapping on the piece of the dough with your hand . Just keep applying some water on your finger tips and then tap it in order to avoid cracks. It can either be cooked it microwave or on the gas. For gas, take a non stick pan and cook it for 3-4 mins (don’t cook it completely, it will be cooked along with the toppings also). Now just chop the toppings as per your choice. Apply pizza pasta sauce on the base, then tomato, onion , paneer, capsicum or whatever you like. Grate the cheese and sprinkle some black pepper powder mixed with salt . And put it on the same pan and do cover it with a lid. So ya ! Our healthy pizza is ready which can be eaten on any day without any guilt.

Special notes/Tips: Make sure that base on cooked on non stick pan only. And the vegetables for the toppings can be saute
