Ingredients:
1 cup fresh coriander leaves
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
2 to 3 green chillies as per taste
1 gooseberry (amla)
1 tsp roasted jeera
2 to 3 cloves garlic
1 small piece ginger
Salt to taste
1 or 2 onion (optional)
Process:
Wash Coriander and mint leaves properly.
Mix all the above ingredients in a mixer jar and blend.
And your healthy chutney is ready as amla is good source of vitamin c.
Special notes/Tips:
You can use coriander stems also if they are soft and thin. Also instead of onion, roasted Bengal gram can be used. Onion is added for thickness and taste.
