Green chutney with amla by Gursharan Sharma

1 cup fresh coriander leaves
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
2 to 3 green chillies as per taste
1 gooseberry (amla)
1 tsp roasted jeera
2 to 3 cloves garlic
1 small piece ginger
Salt to taste
1 or 2 onion (optional)
Wash Coriander and mint leaves properly.
Mix all the above ingredients in a mixer jar and blend Ur healthy chutney is ready as amla is good source of vitamin c.
Use tender coriander stems to enhance the flavour.
Use a onion or roasted Bengal gram to thicken the chutney and get right consistency.
Do not use water while grinding instead use little bit of oil.
